COVID-19 POLICY

For each appointment, you will be asked by the Fresha booking system to complete COVID-19 questionnaire prior to attending your appointment. 

Please do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell, have any symptoms or have travelled back recently from a high-risk area. If you’re not sure – please reach out and we can discuss the best time for your appointment.

COVID-19 VACCINE POLICY: Please allow 14 days before and after your vaccine or after having COVID before any SMPU brow treatments are conducted, due to possible complications to the COVID-19 vaccines and your immune response.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR FACE MASKS TO WEAR THROUGHOUT YOUR TREATMENT
 

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY

For all appointments, bookings may be changed up to 6 hours before the appointment time, this includes cancelling.

Any appointments cancelled within 6 hours – 50% charge will be incurred. For any no-shows, clients who are 15 mins or more late without prior arrangement, 100% of the booked treatment will be charged.

All appointments require providing your card details into the booking system to confirm the appointment. Your card will not be charged at this point. You may choose to pay for your treatment with this card if you wish – or choose a different payment option.

For those that book outside of the online booking system, a deposit will be required to secure your appointment and the above still applies.

For any availability not listed online, please get in contact and I can find a mutual slot for you.

LATE SHOWS

For anyone who is 15 mins late or more to your appointment – you will be charged for the whole appointment (i.e. 100%) and your appointment time will not be extended.

OTHER TECHNICIANS WORK POLICY

Due to the nature of techniques / quality of products – if you are booking a treatment where you already have had a treatment from another company before – please get in contact to asses suitability.

No responsibility will be taken by Farrah Brows & Beyond for the quality of the final product if you book a treatment having had treatment from somewhere else before.

Due to the high quality of products I use, the quality of work may vary.

If in doubt – please get in contact to see if I am able to work over someone else’s previous work.
