BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL BOOKINGS ARE ENTERED INTO THE BOOKING SYSTEM (FRESHA) where all appointments must be confirmed with a card to secure your booking. no upfront payments are taken, this is to confirm your appointment only and to comply with the cancellation policy.

  • All clients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking.
  • ALL CLIENTS ARE charged 100% fee for not showing up and 50% for late cancellations under 6 hours notice.
  • clients who are 15 mins or more late – without prior arrangement – are charged 100% fee
 

All appointments require providing your card details into the booking system to confirm the appointment. Your card will not be charged at this point. You may choose to pay for your treatment with this card if you wish – or choose a different payment option.

For those that book outside of the online booking system, a deposit will be required to secure your appointment and the above still applies.

For any availability not listed online, please get in contact and I will help to find a mutual slot for you.

late shows: For anyone who is 15 mins late or more to your appointment – you will be charged for the whole appointment (i.e. 100%) and your appointment time will not be extended

COVID-19 POLICY - 2023 UPDATE

Please do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell, have any symptoms or have travelled back recently from a high-risk area. If you’re not sure – please reach out and we can discuss the best time for your appointment.

COVID-19 VACCINE POLICY: Please allow 14 days before and after your vaccine or after having COVID-19 before any SMPU treatments or injectibles – this is, due to possible complications to the COVID-19 vaccines and your immune response. 

OTHER TECHNICIANS WORK POLICY

Due to the nature of techniques / quality of products – if you are booking a treatment where you already have had a treatment from another company before – please get in contact to asses suitability.

No responsibility will be taken by Farrah for the quality of the final product if you book a treatment having had treatment from somewhere else before.

Due to the high quality of products I use, the quality of work may vary.

If in doubt – please get in contact to see if I am able to work over someone else’s previous work.

COMPLIANCE WITH AFTERCARE

not following proper aftercare can result in an in-effective treatment, desired results not being obtained, or issues with skin healing to name a few issues. Aftercare is available on the website under each sub section of treatment. in many cases aftercare cards are also provided with product, where applicable, to be used after the treatment (i.e. after inked cream, dr lipp balm, jalupro face mask). use of these aftercare products will aid in the healing and support in achieving the desired results.

often exposure to sun, sweaty exercise, picking or poking the area, failure to share an accurate medical history can all have a negative impact on the healing and final result.

farrah holds no responsibility for non-compliance with the aftercare and the impact on the final result.

BOTOX AND OTHER INJECTIBLES

A CONSULTATION WITH A PRESCRIBER IS REQUIRED AHEAD OF ANY TREATMENTS WHERE A LICENCED pom IS USED (I.E. BOTOX). tHIS IS TO ASSESS YOUR SUITABILITY FOR THE TREATMENT AND TO OBTAIN A PRESCRIPTION FOR YOUR TREATMENT. IN ORDER TO BEST PREPARE FOR THIS CONSULTATION – A MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE SENT FOR YOU TO COMPLETE AHEAD OF YOUR CONSULTATION, 

A CONSULTATION WITH A PRESCRIBER IS NOT REQUIRED FOR DERMAL FILLERS OR SKIN BOOSTER APPOINTMENTS AS THESE ARE NOT POMs. A PRESCRIPTION FOR ANY LICENCED MEDICINES (BOTOX, VITAMIN INJECTIONS, HYALURONIDASE) WILL BE OBTAINED FROM A PRESCRIBER BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. ALL PRODUCTS WILL BE PURCHASED FROM A REGISTERED PHARMACY OR DISTRIBUTOR TO ENSURE THE QUALITY AND SAFETY OF THE PRODUCTS USED.

failure to provide full and detailed medical history may have an impact on the treatment and your treatment plan. you will be requested for an updated medical history every 6 months.

for 2 week review appointments, any tweaks that are required to meet expectations from consultation or 1st appointment are free of charge. for any additional treatment or tweaks required that were not part of the original brief, an additional charge will be incurred.
