Polynucleotides
The Secret to Smooth Under Eyes, Lighten Dark Circles PLUS
for your skin- Youthful Glow and Skin Regeneration
What are Polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides (PN), which are rejuvenating injectables made from pure DNA from salmon or trout, are intended to revitalize and restore skin. In contrast to conventional skin boosters, polynucleotides are a potent anti-aging agent since they accelerate skin regeneration, activate fibroblasts, and create collagen. By offering deep hydration and defense against environmental stresses, they support skin health that lasts. You may have heard of them being referred to as Salmon Sperm injections – famous with the Kardashians and other celebrities for their benefits.

Benefits of Polynucleotides

Reduce Dark Circles & Eye Wrinkles
Polynucleotides help revitalize the delicate under-eye area by improving skin elasticity and hydration, minimizing the appearance of dark circles and fine lines.

Greater Skin Elasticity
By strengthening the skin’s structure, polynucleotides enhance firmness and resilience, reducing sagging and promoting a youthful look.

Reduction of Wrinkles & Fine Lines
Stimulating collagen production, they smooth the skin’s surface, diminishing wrinkles and giving the skin a refreshed, youthful glow.

Improved Skin Texture
They help refine rough, uneven, or scarred skin, resulting in a smoother and more even complexion.

Long-Lasting Hydration
Polynucleotides enhance moisture retention, preventing dryness and fatigue, and leaving the skin plump and nourished.

High success rateAnti-Inflammatory Benefits
With powerful soothing properties, they help reduce redness and swelling, making them ideal for sensitive or irritated skin.

Boosts Cell Regeneration & Healing
By accelerating tissue repair, polynucleotides aid in the healing of scars, blemishes, and other skin imperfections.

Natural-Looking Results with Minimal Downtime
As a non-invasive treatment, polynucleotides provide gradual, natural skin enhancement without the need for extended recovery.

What Is the Process of Treatment?
Cell polynucleotides stimulate fibroblast activity, which increases collagen synthesis and speeds up tissue repair. They also minimize inflammation, enhance microcirculation, preserve moisture, and guard against oxidative stress. Skin gets healthier, stronger, and younger-looking with time. In addition to hydrating the skin’s surface, polynucleotides promote the skin’s natural regeneration process and offer long-term advantages.

What to expect during the procedure?
- Consultation: A comprehensive evaluation of the skin is done in order to establish suitability and develop a customized treatment plan.
- Preparation: Avoid blood thinners, alcohol and sun exposure before the session to reduce sensitivity and bruising. Also moisturise the area well to ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible.
- The Procedure for Injection: For optimal comfort, an application of numbing cream will be used prior to injection. Ultra-fine needles are used to inject polynucleotides into the designated regions via micro bolus technique covering the area needed. The treatment typically lasts between 30-45 mins.
- Post-Treatment Care: There will be some slight redness, swelling, or lumps where the injection was made, but these usually go away in a day or two. For a few days, heavy sun exposure, intense exercise, and alcohol use should be avoided. The eyes are at high risk of bruising due to the multiple injections.
- Results: Within 2-3 weeks after 1st treatment, improvements begin to appear, and after two to three months with a full 3 course regime complete, full results become apparent as collagen production increases. The skin looks younger and more radiant as it improves over time. Results can last up to 18 months, after which 1 booster session is required to maintain results.
Healing and Aftercare
For 24-48 hours, avoid away from direct heat, coffee and physical activity such as exercise.

To encourage healing, keep the treatment area clean and avoid use of make up for 24 hours on the treated areas.
Avoid taking aspirin (unless prescribed) for 5 days. Can increase risk of bruising.
Do not massage the area.
What is the Minimum Number of Sessions Needed?
3 Sessions, 2-4 weeks apart for optimal long-lasting results.
If you have had polynucleotide treatments before and would like a boost (after 6-12 months), then 1 session is required to maintain or extend the length of the results.
